Words from our clients

To Whom it may Concern,

Expedited Transport Agency is an exceptional company to work with. Crystal and her team are always competitive with pricing and quick to return quotes. They have the ability to handle all types of loads for the Structural Steel we fabricate and ship all along the southeast and beyond. Their care for our company, problem solving and great attention to detail is what has kept us returning to them time and time again.

Professional, results driven, and ethical are just a few words that come to mind having working with Expedited Transport Agency. I have had the pleasure of working with Anna Kelley, Brandi Callaham and the rest of their fine tuned team these past couple of years. These professionals exude some of the best customer care and communication on a daily basis - from daily tracking to addressing service issues right away, including after hours! Expedited Transport Agency's results speak for themselves. They have grown to be one of the top carriers I utilize, including OD and JIT shipments. Lastly, one would be hard pressed to find a greater group who encompass good work ethics and morale. I not only entrust the freight I shop with Brandi and Anna, but also proud to call them my friends.

To whom it may concern:

For the last 6 months or so, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jordan Wood at ETA. In my 22 yrs. In Transportation, I do not believe I have ever worked with such a dedicated, caring person. Jordan, no matter when or what the situation, will go the extra mile for our loads, even if the outcome isn’t in our favor. He is fair, honest & gives 110%. ETA has been our “go-to” for those loads that need special care as well as the ones that don’t. We can always ensure that we will get a prompt answer when necessary. I would highly recommend using ETA!
