Expedited Transport Agency, Inc. is a trucking and logistics company providing asset-based trucking, logistics, port, warehousing, and specialized hauling services, including truckload, OD / heavy haul, and LTL.
2. Use of the Site

Rates, transit times, and equipment availability are confirmed in a written quote or booking confirmation, not on this Site. Nothing on the Site is an offer that binds ETA until a quote has been accepted in writing. Each shipment is governed by the written terms that apply to it, which control if they differ from these Terms.
4. Text Messaging
If you consent to receive text messages from ETA, the program description, message frequency, costs, opt-in and opt-out instructions, and other details are set out in the SMS section of our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to Expedited Transport Agency, Inc.. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.
